ScanCom North America warranties their cushions and furniture for one year from date of purchase by the customer. The
limited warranty covers any manufacturers defects such as fading of cushions, major cracks (simple hairline cracks are called checking and are not a warranty issue) and does not cover any commercial use of their products, spills or any type of negligence on behalf of the consumer.
