Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
We bought two of these chairs to use on our pier. They are super easy to clean and are strongly built. They assemble in a snap and (if needed) can be broken down and folded up for winter storage. I talked to many people that said they've gone through several chairs over the years, but this one will last a long time. Highly recommended.

Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
I love the look and the durability. I cover the furniture in the winter, but the pieces are left outside in the Michigan winter weather.

Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
I have been a fan of "milk bottle" adirondak chairs for years. When we were in the market for two more, I looked online and found these. They fit the bill...sturdy, attractive and the price was competitive. They clean up easily with a power washer and are heavy enough to withstand powerful winds and rain.

Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
I first saw Polywood furniture on HGTV. I looked at recycled plastic furniture from 5 different companies in some local stores (and not so local), and did some online research. I really liked the Polywood styles, but the look and feel of the actual plastic was way better than all of the others. I would probably describe it as more woodlooking compared to the others - that were obviously plastic. As far as the size of the chairs, my husband is 6'3 and likes the feel of this chair, but does prefer the bigger CBAD which we also have. We did have the luxury of sitting in them first though. Assembly was a snap. They actually unfold right out of the box and you put in 2 bolts that take about 5 minutes.
Recyled plastic, look good, great quality, we are thrilled with the investment.

I thought the chairs were a bit pricey, but considering they won't rot and don't need maintenance painting they should be cheap in the long run.

Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
The chairs are just right. They have enough weight to stand up to the windy conditions at the Jersey Shore and yet are not too heavy to move around the yard. [...]
Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
I was disappointed with the chairs in that they are smaller than I expected. While typical adirondeck chairs have a higher back and deeper depth and are wider arm to arm, these are on a much smaller scale.
I honestly would have returned them, but you can't really do that once you put them together! The quality seems good, I really liked the no fuss maintenance, I would have recommend them for someone not really looking for a true adirondeck chair. The scale of these chairs makes them more like any other outdoor chair, not special as I had hoped.
Comments about Polywood Adirondack Chair:
This chair is really good. Only two small gripes: it was hard to tell if the back of the chair was curved, which makes it more comfortable (it isn't curved), and the seat itself was a little short (I'm 6'4). Overall I'm satisfied and hopefully it will last forever (and we saved a few trees and recycled a few plastic bottles in the process).
