Pole Mount 9' Paraflex Umbrella

The centerpiece of the Paraflex umbrella system is the rotating umbrella holder, which works much like a human arm, allowing the umbrella to be positioned in an almost infinite adjustment range. Offering flexibility in any location, the shade can be set based on the position of the sun. While the entire surface below the parasol remains free because the rotating holder can attach to an adjustable pole track. The arm allows you to rotate the umbrella 360° around the pole and tilt the umbrella canopy up to 30° to block the sun at almost any angle. Mounting Specifications:

• CONCRETE MOUNT - Spigot, Base Plate & Hardware For mounting the Single/Double Pole or Telescopic Pole to existing concrete patio. Includes Spigot, matching 9" diameter Base Plate plus hardware to bolt Base Plate to concrete patio and to bolt Spigot to Base Plate. (Spigot = 11" tall, 9" diameter round plate, Base Plate = 9" diameter, 3/8" thick)
• WOOD DECK MOUNT - Spigot, 2 Base Plates & Hardware For mounting the Single/Double Pole or Telescopic Pole to a wooden deck. Includes Spigot, 2 matching 9" diameter Base Plates plus hardware to (1) bolt 2 plates together, (2) bolt Spigot to top plate, and (3) shore up joists. Place one plate on top of deck and other below, fasten with machine bolts, then bolt Spigot to top plate.
• IN-GROUND FITTING For mounting the Single/Double Pole or Telescopic Pole into the ground or building into new concrete. Consists of 3 parts (1) underground section to be concreted, (2) top section to mount the pole over and (3) cover-up cap useful during off season, take off top section to eliminate tripping hazard.
• HALF-WALL OR RAILING BRACKET Set of 2 stainless steel U-brackets, fitting in the slides of Single/Double Pole or Telescopic Pole, to be used to fasten either pole against a low -level wall or a solid railing.
• FLOWERBOX COMPLETE Free-standing approach to mounting the Single/Double Pole or the Telescopic Pole. Consists of three parts: (1) wooden box without bottom (2) Pedestal and (3) Spigot. Add substantial extra weight to top of Pedestal if not bolted to surface (220 to 550 lbs depending on number of umbrellas used.)
